Formed – Catholic Netflix

Signing up for Formed is quick and easy.  Just follow the simple instructions below:

 

1. Go to org/signup

 

2. Click on signup

 

3. Either sign-in with google or create your own account with Augustine Institute

 

4. Once account is created, search for our Parish using ‘20147’

 

5. Choose ‘St. Theresa’ and click submit
